Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not encourage returns. However please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancies. Should an item be shipped to you incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick and appropriate action to correct the problem.
If the customer wants to return the products they have to request for return within the NEXT DAY of delivery of the products. The package must be undamaged & in original packing condition which should not be tampered & amount will be refunded via the same source within 15 to 20 working days, however, the Customer has to bear the cost of return.
Products on offer cannot be returned hence no refund will be given.
If the customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.
Before returning the products please call us or write to us (email/watsapp) so that we can assist you with the return/shipping details.
Please take note that we reserve the right to limit/deny refunds and replacements.
Cancellation Policy
Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before shipping the product, any change in that we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation. The transaction amount will be refunded through the same source within 15 to 20 working days.
